Sampson’s Hollow is located in a rural and peaceful valley nestled in the morning mist and evening shadows of the Great Smoky Mountains. The property features several ceremony sites including a wooded glen surrounded by nature and trees, in the middle of a lush meadow bordered by seasonal flowers, on a footbridge by a man-made water feature, or on the covered front porch of our bonny red barn.

The view of the mountains is panoramic on three sides of the family farm. An elopement at Sampson’s Hollow can be customized to include traditional or per-your-request ceremony music, fresh floral bouquet and groom’s bout, a small wedding cake, and photography by an experienced professional who knows all the many perfect spots to capture the magic of your moments on tour wedding day.
We can make recommendations for local hair and makeup stylists, places to stay while you are in the Great Smoky Mountains and restaurants to have your first meal together as man and wife. Elopements at Sampson’s Hollow are available only on certain days of the week.  Saturdays in peak months are not offered.
